Jay Brown is a Student member of the Court of Â鶹tv´«Ã½ and is the Students’ Union President - Academic Life.

Jay is a recent graduate of Â鶹tv´«Ã½, having achieved a first-class degree in BA(Hons) Drama. He was attracted to studying at Â鶹tv´«Ã½ due to its community-focused outlook and open value of students as partners

He brings to the Court his experience of being a former Â鶹tv´«Ã½ student and being involved with the different representative systems throughout the university, including the class reps, society committees and the part-time SU officer team.
